As an action, you can touch an object and
coat it in thick adhesive slime.
The next time that object touches another
object, it becomes bound to it as though
by strong glue.
The glue can be broken if a creature uses
it's action to make a Strength check with a
DC equal to your Charisma score.
Once per short rest, you can cast
Enlarge/Reduce once without expending
a spell slot.
