Mark of the Planeswalker

Whenever a planeswalker you control is put into your graveyard or to be exiled from anywhere, shuffle it back into your library and draw a card.
{1}{r}: Sacrifice a creature you control to put X number of loyalty counters on target planeswalker you control, where X is the sacrificed creature's power. Return that creature to the battlefield tapped and with a -1/-1 counter. (Activate this ability only as a sorcery and only once per turn.)
