Market Thief

{x}, {t}: Market Thief targets a merchant or market with purchase X. Flip a coin. If you
win the flip, cast a random spell exiled by target merchant or market and lose life equal
to its converted mana cost. If you lose the
flip, the owner of the target gains control of Market Thief.
