At the beginning of your upkeep, draw a card.
Whenever you would draw a card after you draw
your second card on each of your turns, you get
an experience counter instead. Then, search your
library for a creature card with converted mana
cost less than or equal to the number of
experience counters you have, put that card
into your hand, then shuffle your library.
