{x},{t}: Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a nonland permanent with mana value X or less. Put that card onto the battlefield under target player's control. That player loses life equal to that card's mana value.

Whenever a permanent that you own leaves the battlefield, you may pay {3}. If you do, you may choose two nonland or noncommander permanents to exchange control of these permanents.
