Marriage

Choose two players. Lands controlled by either player also untap on the other player's untap step. Permanents controlled by either player are controlled by the other player during that player's turn.

When Marriage leaves the battlefield its controllers each sacrifice half their creatures, rounded down, then do the same for planeswalkers, artifacts, enchantments, and battles.
