Martial Citizenry

Use this Stratagem when a GUARDIANS unit
from your army is selected to shoot or fight.
Until the end of the phase, each time a model in
that unit makes an attack, re-roll a hit roll of 1.
Even the civilian populations of the craftworlds don
armour when the call to war goes out. Despite not
being a professional soldiery, these warriors have
experience of battle beyond that of many trained
soldiers of other races.
