Marvelous Aether

Whenever a permanent is put into a graveyard
from the battlefield, its owner gets {e}.
Pay X {e}: Look at the top six cards of your
library. You may put a land card from among
them onto the battlefield. If you don't, you may
cast a nonland card with converted mana cost X
or less from among them without paying its
mana cost. Put the rest on the bottom of your
library in a random order.
