Mascheny, the Forgotten

{3}{u}, {t}: Each player exiles a card from
their hand, then draws a card.
{5}{b}, {t}: Search target opponent's library
for a card and exile it. That player searches
your library for a card and exiles it. Both
players then shuffle their libraries.
