This mask has 5 charges. At dawn you can expend
one spell slot to recharge that amount of charges.
You can use the charges to cast the following:
Mislead (3 charges).
Trepidation (2 charges). You cast fear on a creature
you can see. This is not a concentration spell.
This can be cast as a reaction when a creature
attacks you. If the creature fails its wis save
against your spellcasting DC, it forfeits its
attack and takes the actions listed in fear
