Mask of the Fallen

Equipped creature loses all abilities and becomes
a black zombie in addition to its other types and
colors.
Whenever another creature under your control
dies, you may return it to the battlefield under
your control attached to Mask of the Fallen.
If the equipped permanent would leave the battlefield or Mask of the Fallen becomes unequipped, exile that permanent.
