When Mass Dispel enters the battlefield
put Mass Dispel counter on all creatures
your opponents controll. Creatures with
Mass Dispel Counter on them lose all abilities until Mass Dispel leaves the battlefield.
When Mass Dispel enters the battlefield,
draw a card.
