Master of Candies

Master of Candies deals combat damage to
creatures in the form of pieces of wrapped candy.
Creatures with pieces of wrapped candy on them
do not untap during their controller's untap step.
When Master of Candies attacks and is not
blocked, the defending player must hand you a
piece of candy. Otherwise, that player returns a permanent they control to its owner's hand.
