Master of Distortion

Whenever a player casts a spell from his or her hand, you may exile it. If you do, that spell's controller may reveal cards from the top of their library until a card with the same type is revealed. That player may cast that card without paying its mana cost. put all cards revealed this way on the bottom of its owner's library, in a random order.
