Master of the Deck

{3}, {t}: Each player shuffles their deck and
reveals the top card of their library. The player
that reveals the card with the lowest converted
mana cost draws that card. If that player is not
you, untap Master of the Deck.
Whenever Master of the Deck deals combat
damage to a player you may shuffle any number
of cards from your hand into your library and
then draw that many cards plus one.
