Mastermind's Scheming

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may
put a planning counter on Mastermind's
Scheming and exile a card from your hand.
If you do, each opponent loses 1 life. Then,
if there are five or more planning counters
on Mastermind's Scheming, sacrifice it. If
you do, until end of turn, you may cast
cards exiled with it without paying their
mana costs.
