Mastery Gem

The wielder of the gem can concentrate
with it for 1 hour to gain mastery of a spell
or weapon, they critically hit with the
chosen spell or weapon on a roll of 18 or higher. They can only have mastery of one weapon or spell at a time and lose mastery
if they lose the gem.
