At the beginning of your upkeep exile a creature from your graveyard. Put a token onto the battlefield that's a copy of that creature except it's a 1/1, is a white Spirit and has flying. Put a black Zombie creature token onto the battlefield with power equal to power of the exiled creature and toughness equal to the toughness of the exiled creature.
