Maverick

Victory: Your teammate wins.
Defeat: You or your teammate are eliminated.
Announce (when the first player announces): They
bid any amount of life, then in turn order, each
other player may raise the bid. Bidding ends
when the high bid stands. The high bidder loses
that much life and sacrifices 1/4 of their lands
(rounded up). Then that player becomes your
teammate and may show you their role card.
