When Pegasus enters, look at each opponents hand. Then for each player, choose one of those cards. Those players Discard those cards.

Whenever an opponent discards a card, exile it from their graveyard and put an eye counter on it.

You can cast cards from exile with eye counters on them and mana of any type can be spent to cast a spell this way.
