-2: Tap target creature or planeswalker. Flip six coins. For heads, deal 1 damage to that target. For tails, that target's controller gains 1 life.
-8: Destroy all permanents with deadeye counters on it. For each permanent that was destroyed this way, that permanent's controller loses 3 life.
