Meadow Mushrooms

Mushrooms from the garden at the edge
of Convallaria Meadow.When consumed
the first time, gain +1 to HP but also
make a DC 5 Wisdom or Constitution.
Each time a character consumes them the
HP bonus increases by 1 and the DC by 5. A failed save results in the character being
stunned hallucinating until a successful save is made on their turn.
