Search your library for a basic land card and
either an Aynat card or a card named Aynat, Satirical Symbiomancer. Put that land onto the battlefield tapped, exile the other card with a
time counter on it, then shuffle. The exiled card
gains suspend and "At the beginning of your end
step, if you cast a spell this turn and this card is suspended, put a time counter on it. Then each
other player loses 1 life and you gain 1 life."
