Target opponent chooses one they haven't —
• Separate all permanents into a number of piles equal to the number of players. You lose life equal to twice the largest difference in pile size. Then, in reverse turn order, ending with you, each player selects a pile. Players then gain control of the permanents in their pile.
• Whenever a quantity would be calculated this turn, instead half of that quantity is calculated.
