Measure the Fuse

When you cast Measure the Fuse, exile it
with X charge counters on it (X cannot
be zero). During the beginning of your
opponent's first main phase, remove a
charge counter, and if there are no
charge counters on Measure the Fuse,
it deals 2 times X damage to any target.
"I did the last one...YOU light it!"
