Mecha Bay enters the battlefield tapped.
{t}: Add {w} or {u} to your mana pool.
Since literally all of the Empire's air force is transformed from its Land and Naval forces,
the Mecha Bay fills the same role as the dedicated Allied and Soviet Air Fields.
