Mechalichdom

When Mechalichdom enters the battlefield,
you lose 1 life for every poison counter on you.
If you get a poison counter you lose 1 life.
You don't lose the game, if you have 10 or
more poison counters.
If you have 20 or more poison counters,
you win the game.
