Mechania

Whenever you play a Phyrexian, put a
+1/+1 counter on all Phyrexians you control. Your Phyrexians have "{1}{b}: Remove this
from the Graveyard or Void and add it to
your hand."
The seven lairs of Mechania is a factory of corruption, at the lowest lair is the Machine, a deity of Mechania that makes the blueprints for each other lair and the horrors they create.
