Mechanic Rats

As an additional cost to cast Mechanic Rats, you must put a Mechanics Tool on the table in which you are playing, that tool remains on the table until the game ends.
Mechanic Rats gets +1/+1 for each Mechanics Tool on the table.
A deck can have any number of cards named Mechanic Rats.
