Medallion of the Tipped Scales

This medallion has 3 Charges. Whenever you
make an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving
throw, you can expend 1 charge to give yourself
advantage on that roll.
Cursed: Whenever you expend a charge, the DM secretly selects another member of the party at
random. The next time the selected party member
make an attack roll, ability check or saving throw,
they have disadvantage on that roll.
This medallion regains 1D3 expended charges
daily at dawn.
