Meddle with Destiny

Look at target opponent's hand, then reveal the top X cards of that player's library, where X is
the number of cards in that player's hand. You
may then have that player put the cards he or
she has in hand on the top of his or her library in any order, then put the revealed cards into his or her hand. Otherwise, shuffle the revealed cards into that player's library.
