Meddler's Dreidel

Dreidel.
At the beginning of your end step, if there are
any spin counters on Meddler's Dreidel, remove
them. Then choose a card name. As long as this
ability is on the stack, players can't cast spells
with other names than the chosen one. Target
player reveals his or her hand and plays the
named card if able. (Time restrictions don't apply.
The player has to pay all costs.)
