Medical Officer

When Medical Officer comes into play, you may
attach to a blue Battleship, Cruiser, or Destroyer
mechanism that you control. When blocking,
prevent 1 damage for each Sailor attached to this
mechanism. When not attached to mechanism,
all sailors except Medical Officer, get +1/+1.
