Players play with the top card of their libraries revealed. At the beginning of each upkeep, you
may scry 1. As long as the top card of a player's
library is a creature, they may activate its activated
abilities as though it were on the battlefield.
3 XP: {3}{u}{u}, {t}: Target creature you control
gains indestructible until end of turn.
7 XP: {4}{u}{u}, {t}: Target creature's owner puts
it on the top or bottom of their library.
10 XP: In addition, Medivh gains the text box
of Split Screen.
