Meeting of Minds

Both players reveal their hands. An opponent of a player's choosing picks a
non-creature permanent from their hand to be placed on the battlefield without paying the card's mana cost, starting with you.
If a player has no non-creature permanents in their hand that may be put into play, they draw two cards instead.
