Meeting Tap

When Meeting Tap enters the battlefield, choose an opponent and look at
that player's hand, then secretly choose a
card name.
When the chosen opponent casts a spell, sacrifice Meeting Tap and reveal the chosen name. If that spell has the chosen name, counter it.
