Meiwaku, Pesky Gopher

If Meiwaku is exiled with a gopher hole counter touching it, you may return Meiwaku to the battlefield during a player's combat phase after blockers are declared. If you do this during your turn, Meiwaku returns to the battlefield tapped and attacking. If you do this during an opponent's turn, Meiwaku returns to the battlefield blocking an attacking creature.
Exile a card from your hand and it becomes a gopher hole counter: exile Meiwaku with the gopher hole counter on it, and put both on your head.
