Meknar's Ritual

When Meknar's Ritual enters the battlefield
discard your hand.
Whenever a player casts creature card, search
your library for a creature with a converted mana
cost equal to or less than the spell that was cast.
You may play that card without paying it's mana
cost.
Repeat this process for Instants, Sorceries, Enchantments, Lands, and Artifacts.
