Meknar's Ritual

When Meknar's Ritual enters the battlefield
discard your hand and you lose half your life
rounded down.
Whenever a player plays a card, you may search
your library for a card of the same type with a converted mana costs equal to or less than the
card played. You may play that card without
paying it's mana cost.
