At the beginning of each player's upkeep, they
mill two cards, and choose one permanent from
a graveyard. They may put a token copy of that
card into play without paying its mana cost.
Whenever a token enters the battlefield, you
may exile an instant or sorcery from a graveyard
and cast a copy without paying its mana cost.
