Mementos

When Mementos enters the battlefield, each
player sacrifices all creatures he or she controls,
then amasses X, where X is the number of
creatures sacrificed in this way. (Put X +1/+1 counters on an Army you control. If you don't control
one, create a 0/0 Human Army creature token that's
all colors first.)
Whenever a non-Army creature enters the battlefield, its controller sacrifices it, amasses
1, and draws a card.
