Memorial of the Fallen

Whenever a legendary creature you control dies, put a memorial counter on Memorial of
the Fallen.
Whenever a creature you control dies, if Memorial of the Fallen has three or more Memorial counters on it,
put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.
