Target player, who is the monarch, chooses a creature card in their graveyard. Each other player creates a token that's copy of that creature card, except it's a black Zombie with "this creature attacks the monarch each turn
if able."

When they rise from the grave, they only seem
to remember the crown is important. Not why.
