Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, put a counter on Memory Nexus.
Whenever you sacrifice a Soulless creature with counters on it, both tokens enter the battlefield with that number of +1/+1 counters.
Remove five counters from Memory Nexus, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
