Mending of Lordship

A deck can only have one card named Mending
of Lordship.
When you cast Mending of Lordship, if it's
the first time you cast it this game, shuffle it into
its owner's library. Search your library for a basic
land card and put it onto the battlefield.

less than the number of tapped lands you control
lose all abilities and can't attack or block.
