Before each players turn, that player chooses two, draw step, combat, main phase, or end step. and skips those two.
{p/b}{p/c}{p/u}{p/w}: until end of turn Menera, Plague of Choices loses all abilities and becomes a 1/1 human with shroud, any player may activate this abilitiy.
