At the beginning of each players upkeep, that
player gains life equal to the number
enchantments they control.
At the beginning of Menrva's upkeep, if she has
twice her starting life or more, gain an emblem
that says "each nonaura enchantment controlled
by a hydra is also a creature with power and
toughness equal to its converted mana cost.
It must attack each turn if able".
