Mental Defense

If an instant or sorcery spell would cause a player to lose life this turn and that player
doesn't control that spell, instead that player doesn't lose that life. (Damage causes loss of
life)
Mental fortitude, one of the most difficult things
to practice. Yet it comes in handy so often.
