Mental Infiltrator

Whenever you cast a spell you don't own, draw a card.
{1}{u}{b},{t}: Target opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card. You may cast that card, and you may use mana as though it was mana of any color to cast it. Then put the exiled cards that weren't cast this way on the bottom of that library in a random order.
