Whenever a creature deals combat damage to an opponent, goad it. It gains trample while goaded.

Whenever a goaded creature dies, you and the creatures controller each draw a card. Put a Hate counter
on Mephisto.

At the beginning of your end step, remove all Hate counters from Mephisto. Gain control of target creature with mana value equal to or less than the amount of Hate counters removed from Mephisto.
